In a world where each aspect of our lives – from the most public to the most intimate – is recorded, governed and shaped by the technologies that subject us to surveillance, what happens to our conception of ourselves? What change comes about in and between human beings when we are connected all the time and inescapably so?
With Offline, Chaicopy aims to curate an issue on the ways in which these technologies affect our day-to-day life and the way we live it. We would like to showcase your encounter with these mediums, whether positive, negative or suspended in between.
We invite writers and artists to contribute previously unpublished works of fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction and visual art across all genres.
